Earthwerx Pty Ltd chooses locally based Registered Training Organizations to fulfill the 'off the job training modules' of our Certificate Courses. These modules are strictly monitored by our Personnel Manager and attendees are consistently mentored and motivated by our dedicated Management team. On the job training modules throughout their course builds these apprentices into highly skilled industry professionals that have the opportunity to fulfill vital & leading roles within the Earthwerx Team. By shaping these Apprentices from day one we are creating the specialized & skilled workforce of which Earthwerx Pty Ltd demands. Earthwerx Pty Ltd sets strict guidelines relating to each specific component of construction. These specifications promote a uniform style throughout our projects and maintains our strict high standards. By supplying this in manual form, staff consistently reaffirm these guidelines and work in unison to improved these standards wherever possible. On the job training for each specific module is conducted by key staff & management from day one and this continues throughout all levels of their career development. The Directors & Management of Earthwerx Pty Ltd are consistently improving their specific skills by attending seminars, courses & industry information updates. Occupation Health & Safety, Fundamental & Advanced Courses in Project Submission & Staff Management are some key areas of focus.
